The charming and picturesque Cottage may be the most modest property on the Honeybridge Estate, yet it has plenty to offer.

A private oasis, rose bushes scale the exterior walls alongside original exposed oak beams. Homely, yet design-led, the interior encompasses all the charm of a traditional cottage whilst brimming with natural light and clean, bright decor. Brand new facilities sit among authentic fittings, fusing rustic warmth with modern luxury.

Living & dining

Cosy up around the open Inglenook fireplace, as the shared living and dining area provides the perfect epicentre for you and your guests to congregate. Next door is the country-cottage kitchen with its own seating, ideal for breakfast. Alternatively, venture outside onto the beautifully appointed terrace and cook on the BBQ beside or enjoy soaking in the outdoor hot tub.

Forage fruit from the grounds of the Estate, where apple and plum trees, blackberry bushes and an abundance of herbs flourish each in their own season. Fresh, delicious local farm produce is also available nearby, as well as refreshing quenchers from the neighbouring Wiston Vineyard.

bedrooms

The oak beamed bedrooms each have their own unique character.

The Garden room is a generously sized bedroom with a super king size bed, exquisite views of the garden and an en-suite bathroom.

The Orchard room has double-aspect views of the estate’s orchard and neighbouring farmland, a wonderfully comfortable super king size bed and a double sofa bed, as well as an en-suite WC.

The Bluebell room offers twin beds overlooking the enchanting woodland. There is also a shared shower room and WC.

FACILITIES

Amongst the breathtaking grounds, there is ample opportunity for recreational activities. Enjoy the all-weather tennis court, make use of the football goals and basketball net or enjoy some cricket or croquet.

Alternatively, lie back and unwind in a hammock or on the garden swings as you bask in the serenity of the picturesque gardens.

Try your hand at fishing in the private fishing lake (also suitable for open water swimming), discover the tree house, or enjoy Honeybridge Estate’s games room - shared with the House and Cottage - which includes a snooker table, table football, board games, puzzles, toys and more.
